Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they stay clean and protected during transit, then securely attach the shipping label.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
